sleepy.
Tired.... so tired. The last few nights I've been having nightmares when I fall asleep. According to Google, "Nightmares tend to be more common among children and decrease in frequency toward adulthood. About 50% of adults experience occasional nightmares, women more often than men." Google also implies that I need to exercise more than just walking from my bed to my desk in the other room (I'm working out of our house now). I guess a sit up or two can't hurt anything.
